boltlockcorp.com offers the following Returns Policy: We warrant the product against problems with materials and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase, you must keep receipt as proof of purchase date unless purchased direct online with a credit card, in which case you need to remember the date so we can look it up for you. We do not warrent against damage caused by the customer to the products. If you gouge of scratch through the plating the parts can rust. All returns must be shipped back to Bolt Lock Corporation at customer's expense at which time we will evaluate the problem and if it is covered by the warantee we will fix it or replace it and ship it back to you at our expense. If it is deamed a customer caused problem you will be contacted and given a price to fix or replace it with shipping charges. Make sure any product sent back to Bolt Lock Corporation has your Phone number and email address included with it.
